    Hi, we can authorize Enlish for you. All the software need to be reloaded once the language is changed. Since the update service of your DS708 expired on 2016-02-10, please renew your account first.

     Hi, it is not recommended to change the language after its update service expired, unless you have plan to renew your account. Becuase all software need to be reloaded once the language is changed. Please let us know if you have already purchased another yearly update and we will activate French for you.
